PEEK- A- BOO

They don't come any better than Rylie!  She is growing so fast I am trying not to blink.  Her latest has been playing peek-a-boo.  She doesn't quite get her hands over her eyes, but she gets the main idea.  She is also starting to show signs of walking.  She can stand all by herself for several seconds.  Rylie has been a fun and easy baby.  We all love to love her!!!

Crazy Card Club

I get together with great ladies from around the valley to exchange homemade cards.  We have a theme and bring 12 of the same, exchange and come home with 12 different cards.  I was the host this month.  I cleaned my home and paid a woman in my ward to make a yummy dessert.  This is where the story gets good!  The day of this party, my secret baker brought this cake over.  My girls were drooling over this dessert.  She set in on my counter with my girls not missing a move.  I walked this dear woman to my door and chatted with her for about 38 seconds.  When I came back upstairs. . . Dru and Olivia had eaten a big hole in the side of the cake. AHHHHH!!!!  Let's just say, words were said and tears flowed!

BEFORE!

AFTER!
This picture does not do it justice.

To make things even a little more exciting, Dru accidently dropped a HUGE chocolate shake in the middle of the family room floor a couple hours before people were to arrive.  I scrubbed and scrubbed.  It looks pretty good compared to what it used to look like!

With 30 minutes left to go. . .I just laughed and told them to pose for a picture to remember the night.  I love my girls!

Here is Rylie trying to get in on the action.

Sunday nap!

We have 9:00 church and when we get home we always try to put the girls down to prevent a grumpy evening.  Yesterday we put down Rylie who goes down like clockwork and tried to get Liv and Dru to do the same.  Ryan and I ended up falling asleep instead.  The girls got a little wild and ended up waking Rylie.  Ryan put them straight in time out.  They ended up falling asleep in Dru's bed together about 15 minutes before we went to G-ma and G-pa Martin's home for dinner.

We sent Rylie in to wake them up!!!

The first day. . . continued

Dru loved her first day of Kindergarten. She came home with a cupcake and a piece of paper that said. . .My first day of kindergarten was a piece of cake!

Rayne and Tom called all the way from London to see how Dru's day went.

Dru's cute friends Anna and Meg run to our house to walk Dru to school

Grandpa Martin walked Dru to school on Monday of her second week.   Liv went along for the ride.   Grandma Martin walked her on her second day but I forgot to take a picture.  Dru has a lot of people who love her!!!

First day of Kindergarten!

Dru was so excited for her first day she woke up on her own and got dressed all the way down to her shoes and back pack.  She came bouncing out of her room at 7:08 a.m.!  This girl usually rolls out of bed around 9:30 or 10:00 a.m.  Dru just couldn't wait and we were all so excited for her.  We all walked her down to school.  Ryan even went in a little late to work so he could be there.  I thought  I would maybe cry, but Dru was just too happy and so were we!
