Layover

Layovers are usually not fun.  Nobody wants to wait when traveling.

The only time a layover is awesome is when Aunt Adrienne is flying from New York

to California and has a 4 hour layover in Salt Lake!

There was a lot of squealing and screaming.  I think someone was physically touching Ade the whole time she was here.  She is a great sport and so sweet to them.

These darling twins made the layover even sweeter.  My girls were in heaven holding Charlotte and Penny.  Alex and Elisabeth are darling parents and so kind to let the girls hold and love their girls.

First day of Kindergarten

Rylie started Kindergarten a week later than the girls.  She was bummed she couldn't 

go when the girls went.  The week flew by and it was finally her turn.

She was really excited, but I could sense she was a bit nervous too.

She smiled and waved and went with her class perfectly.  I got a little teary.  I will miss her.

Rylie said she did NOT want any pictures.

She changed her mind...

First day of school

Dru is in 5th grade and Liv is in 3rd grade.

They love, love, love their teachers.

It is going to be a great year!

 

Summer is over

Summer flew by!

It always does.

We had some great cousin time this summer.

My kids love hanging out with the these sweet girls.

My darling cousin Heidi had her reception in my parent's backyard.

It was a gorgeous and fun wedding.

She made a beautiful bride and married a handsome guy.
