All Backwards!

I have posted Rylie's first birthday party all backwards

and I don't know how to fix it. So, if you want the story

                                                             Rylie's Mexican Fiesta!!!

Rylie turns one on Saturday, but had her first birthday party a little early!  We had a Mexican fiesta complete with taco salads, chips and salsa, margaritas and a pinata!

Not everyone in the family was able to attend, but we sure had 

fun with those who could make it.

Rylie turns 50 weeks old!

Here is Ryan's brother Alex and his wife Elizabeth.  They are the cutest newlyweds.  Our girls love hanging out with them.  They are so nice, they even offered to take them all for a week!:)

Golfing Girls!!!

Ryan took us to the driving range for golf 101!  He was so cute and patient with Dru and Liv.  We are all still working on our technique.

When it was  "practice on our own time" Dru thought Liv needed a little help.  How cute is that?  They are best friends.

Aunt Rayne sent another amazing package full of fun things for the girls.  Dru received a lot of beautiful things for school.  Our two favorites are the fun hoodie and darling orange dress. What would we do without her?  We are so grateful!

Liv is obsessed with hair assessories.  Inside the package were 2 headbands which she wore together all day and even at night.  Some mornings she will wake up and run into the bathroom and come out with 5 or 6 bows/flowers in her hair.  I Love Olivia!!!

We are out for our daily walk!  Even if we only get to the mailbox, we are outside in our front yard at some point everyday.  

We went camping with our good friends Jon and Kim Fairbanks with their two cute boys Brendon and Tallin.  We camped overnight at Redman which is just past Solitude.  We were lucky to get a campsite because they were full when I drove in.  We roasted hotdogs and s'mores.  We put the kids to bed at 10:00 and talked around the campfire until 1:00 a.m.  It was a blast!

Rylie and Tallin are only 6 weeks apart and are already good friends.

So excited to be camping, we took a picture of ourselves.  Why do we do that?

This was Rylie's first camping experience.  She loved it!

This is Ryan just looking good.  He was in charge of the fire and did a great job!  We were toasty the whole night.  (sorry this is sideways, I can't figure out how to flip it.)

We took Alex and Zak Brown to the Cottonwood Heights Rec. Center.  We had a great time splashing around.  Liv loves her Sponge Bob tube, but is now venturing in the deep end without it. Dru loves to practice her moves from swim lessons and Rylie LOVES to float along with Ryan. We love having a pool within walking distance.

Dru's swimming lessons with Lauren

Dru took swimming lessons from cute Lauren Horne.  Dru loves to swim and has improved greatly over the last 2 weeks.  She can do anything from the Superman glide to the star fish float.

     Yipee!!! On the last day of swimming for the week, they get free time on the slide.
     Almost there!  I held my breath every time she did.  I was a nervous wreck the first lesson.
