Dru has been paying softball all summer long.  She has a great coach with cute girls on her team.  They all are beginners so it has been fun to watch the progress.  They have come a long way!

Dru plays 2 base and outfield.

Soccer camp

Rylie went to soccer camp this week and absolutely loved it!

The instructors were all from England and made it so fun for the kids.

Everyday at the end of class the coaches handed one award to a player who was "inspirational."

Rylie received the award on Friday!!!

She wanted to win this award and worked really hard.

It was pretty exciting when they called her name.   

Aunt Kim

Aunt Kim stayed with us for a week while my parent's were in Philadelphia with my brother's family.  We loved having her stay with us.  She was so helpful and darling with our kids.

The 4th

This 4th of July we celebrated with the Bell family!

My parent's were out of town so we headed to their home for roomier conditions.

Georganne and Standford have 4 cute kids that get along well with ours.  Standford was in training so it was just Georganne and the kids.

We threw water balloons.

We hid a bunch of flags around the yard and had the kids find them.

We drew patriotic things with chalk.

We made towers with gumdrops and toothpicks.  

We ate a lot of popsicles.  It was SO HOT!!!

Georgeanne made her famous cookies.

She is amazingly talented!!

Fun with the Fairbanks

Our favorite family from California came to visit!  

We ate a ton, stayed up way too late, watched the some World Cup soccer, 

visited several parks and went ice blocking.

We LOVE this family and are counting down the days they move back 

so we can be next door neighbors.

All our kids...those last 2 are ADORABLE twins.
