First snow of the season

The girls LOVE the snow!  As much as I hate the cold and driving in it, the snow can be beautiful and it provides hours of great entertainment for my kids.

Halloween Costume #1

Liv dressed up today for story time at the library.  Over the years we have collected some great costumes so I let her choose what she wanted to be.  She chose to be a WITCH.  {But not any old witch.}  This awesome witch costume was made by my VERY talented Grandma Wheat years ago.  It used to be MINE!  It was so fun to see her in something that once belonged to me!

Aunt Kim

Our cute friends brought us over a plate of yummy Halloween goodies.  I LOVE the owl cupcakes made with Oreos and Junior Mints for eyes and a banana runt nose.
Kim has been staying with us for the past week while my parents are out of town.  The girls adore Kim and love having her around!

Butterfly heaven

Liv's cute friend Megan B. gave her a butterfly craft set for her birthday.  She was in heaven...CRAFTING and BUTTERFLYS!  They are hanging in her room above her bed.  It was a perfect gift!  THANK YOU!!!

Liv lost another tooth and couldn't be happier.  She is $2 richer and can't stop looking in the mirror to check out it all out.

Soccer practice

I always forget to take my camera to Dru's soccer games so I decided to take some shots at practice.

Rylie enjoying an apple and yelling for Dru every 5 seconds.
{I LOVE this picture.  Rylie gives me this look ALL the time.}

Dru's coach giving some serious soccer talk.
Ry is cute and always plays pass with Liv during practice.

The pumpkin patch

We visited a local pumpkin patch last Saturday.  It wasn't very big, but the girls could have stayed for hours.  They had fun exploring the maze, the pirate ship and all the other fun Halloween decor.

Dru in the maze.

Dru is an angel.

Dru and Liv on the pirate ship.

Rylie didn't love the pirate ship as much as the other girls.

For some strange reason, Rylie found the creepy Halloween man hilarious.

An apple a day...

My dad gave us a huge bucket of apples from his backyard and we couldn't let them go to waste.  Sunday night we dipped them in carmel and rolled them in Oreos, Nutterbutters, Reeces, chocolate chips, etc.  Dru and Liv had a so much fun dipping and Rylie had so much fun eating what fell off!
