Mirror Lake

We went camping at Mirror Lake over Labor Day weekend with some great families from our ward.  We laughed when we looked around and realized every child there was a girl.  I think 13 little girls was the final count.  It made for a relaxing trip with a little crying here and there.

Liv on the lake.
Dru building a pretend fire with her friend Bella.
Rylie doing a little texting.
Ry fishing on the fly.
Our good friend Jimmy who is a master fisherman was showing Rylie some fishing techniques.

Liv taking her turn.
{check out Rylie's hair!}
Dru with the one and only fish that was caught that day!

A little piece of heaven for Ry.
Olivia Gloeckner and Dru
Dru and Lexi
Zack and Amy playing kubb.
What a fun game! We came home and made our own set the very next day.
The crowd watching the game.

The king Kubb falling down due to Ryan's great aim.
Amy thought of everything this trip and even brought a pinata.  The kids had a blast whacking the butterfly.

We ended this fun camping adventure with a stop at the falls.
Dru taking a fall herself.

Kids learn technology way too young these days...

I'd LOVE to come to Dru's game this Saturday... but it's our Saturday for "girls breakfast" and then the Fair. :(

Alex works Saturdays, but let me know when the next one is I'll try my hardest to be there.
