Owen is now eating solids!

I know it is just plain old rice cereal.

I know it is a teeny tiny mile stone.

I know I have had 3 other babies do this before.

it is a big deal at our house.

We decided to brave the crowds and rainy weather and head up to

This is the Place Heritage Park.

We are SO GLAD we did.

We went non stop for 5 hours seeing and doing many unique things.

*It is hard to post when you have 90 shots to choose from.*

Here are a few of my favorites.

We aren't wasting any time.

We have been to the pool twice and plan to become regulars this summer.

Owen hasn't had his turn in the pool yet.

He just waits patiently with me on the side.

This swim trip he stared at the front button of his overalls for a good 45 min.

Ryan is a fish along with the girls.

Dru is a great swimmer,

Liv floats with the floaties,

& Rylie hangs on to Ry's neck.

Dru is FINALLY tall enough to go down the slide.

SCHOOL IS OUT!

A day at the park

We spent the afternoon at the park with my whole family. (well, almost)

We played Kubb, played on the playground, ate some lunch, chatted, fed the ducks, wrestled and laughed a lot.

FUN!

I love my family.

Grandma Kathy brought all the kids "ice cream cones" to play with, but I think Grandpa Steve had the most fun with them.
