Jen plus 10 minus 1

Friday was play date heaven for my girls and little O.

We headed to the mountains for a night around the campfire.

Liv immediately got lost in the shrubs searching for rocks to build a mini campfire of her own.

Ryan built the fire without a match, using only flint and steel. Impressive!

Owen was MESMERIZED by the fire.

Just girls chatting by the fire.

There is nothing better than spending time with my family.

Week 27

We decided to take Owen's 27 week shot at the Orem Owl's baseball game.

We spotted the Owl and thought that it would be great to get her in the picture.

Owen and Dru didn't seem to care but Rylie and Liv were scared to death!

(Liv is sobbing on my shoulder and Rylie didn't want to get close to the owl.)

We all took a turn holding Owen during the game.

We even got him to laugh. A lot.

By the end of the game he was worn out. It doesn't happen often, but I got him to fall asleep in my arms.

One of the many reasons I am so HAPPY to have a boy is because of the SECONDS it takes to do his hair.

Some mornings I just let it fly. (I could never do that with the girls.)

We love the library! We go at least twice a week.

The girls took the Make a Splash reading challenge and just finished.

The girls got a free book and then headed over to Cookies By Design and picked out a cookie.

(Kris...your cookies are cuter and taste better!)

A trip to Target with 4 kids wears me out too.

Owen is 6 months. (time flies)

He is crazy cute. (just like his sisters)

He can roll over. (from back to tummy)

He can sit up. (for about a minute before tumbling over)

He does NOT like baby food or any type of solid food. (weird, right?)

He has started to talk. Just baby talk. (ryan is pretty sure he can already say dada)

His eyes are getting bigger. (really, they are)

He has two teeth. (early, i know)

His hair is dark and fluffy. (almost long enough for some spiking)

His laugh is adorable. (his sister liv is best at making him belly laugh)

He is still an amazing sleeper. (3 naps a day and sleeping through the night!!!)

Owen is super handsome and practically perfect. (i think so)
