We took a little family vacation to Newport!
We hit Disneyland, California Adventure and the beach.
It was practically perfect. Really, it was.

We went with my parents, Aunt Kim, Daniel, Megan & their cute boys.
Perfect company.

The classic shot right as you enter Disneyland.
Waiting in one of many lines. The girls were so good. No complaining!
Chilling on the bench with Gpa Steve.
My dad was so great and sat with Owen, Henry, all 4 of our strollers and all our bags while we went on the rides the kiddos couldn't ride. Pretty amazing, right?
Rylie was so brave and rode a lot of the big kid rides.
I caught my dad feeding Owen some ice cream.
I am pretty sure he has fed all my kids their first taste of ice cream. :)
Owen could not ride most of the rides and didn't seem to care. All he wanted to do was play in this little water fountain in Toon Town. He also loved to climb up and down any step he saw.
All the cute kids minus Henry.
Waiting to see Aladdin. This play was AWESOME!
We stayed at the Marriott Coast Villas. The pools were awesome.
Our villas were so fun and so family friendly.
Owen loved to wander around the checking all the old ladies pool side.
We beat the summer rush so it was just us and all the old folks. :)
Perfect.
Rylie rocking the goggles.
Liv rocking Owen's sun hat.
These were some of the incredible houses right off the beach.
Corona Del Mar beach.
It was rad.

Gma Kathy and Dru taking a break at Disneyland.
Another beach home I wouldn't mind owning.
Owen was exhausted. This kid stayed awake our entire first day at DL and finally took a nap our second day there.
Megs and Dru.
Waiting to see a 3D Bug's Life show.
Posing with Sully from Monster's Inc.
Gpa giving Rylie some much deserved tickles.
A small world.
Cute Aunt Donnette and handsome Stephen came to hang out with us.
California Adventure was cool. We stayed late one night to watch World of Color. We didn't have great seats so we left early.
We also took advantage of our resort.
Playing a little basketball.

Playing a little golf.
Daniel sunk this long putt.
This was the only golfing Ryan did. He would have loved to golf Pelican Hill but couldn't stomach the $300 green fee. Phew.
Playing a little chess.
We had 3 beach days and loved everyone of them.
Our girls are California girls at heart.
They loved this place.

Daniel and Winston built this sweet sand castle.
Ry did a little body surfing.

Liv chasing a seagull.

Back to Disneyland.
My cousin Heidi came the third and final Disneyland day. We love Heidi!
This picture shows what the girls bought with the money from Grandma and Grandpa!
Liv got a Jessie doll, Dru got a lanyard with pins to trade, Rylie got a Boo doll and Owen got a dagger from Pirates of the Caribbean.
Owen's adorable smile.

Heidi took us to some cool tide pools to find sea creatures.
Owen's cute chubby feet NOT liking the sand!
Owen DID like waving to all the birds on the beach.
Last day at the beach.
The drive home=a lot of sleepy heads.

Aw, looks like you guys had so much fun!! I can't believe Owen didn't nap the first day - he is a champ. That place even makes me tired! :) Glad you're all home!
