Aunt Kim

My parents have been traveling for a few weeks and we are lucky enough to have my sister Kim staying with us.  She has been awesome!  My kids love her and she loves them.  The time has actually gone by quickly.  We only have a few days left.
Kim has been a big help around the house, a great shopping partner and so sweet to watch the kids so Ryan and I can slip away for a much needed date night.
We are very blessed to have Kim in our family.  My parents have done an amazing job raising her to the be the woman she has become.  I am grateful for my sister Kim.

We have done a lot of fun things while Kim has been here.  I have not been the best at taking pictures but Ryan was able to snap a few with his iphone on Monday.

For FHE we went on a little hike.  We had so much fun and Kim was a real trooper.

We are so lucky to live so close to these beautiful mountains.

We love our little local parade.
We love our friends who come celebrate with us more.

We end up with SO MUCH candy!

We love that Gma and Gpa Martin come celebrate too.

Sipping some Sprite from her fav buddy.  :)

ice blocking

Our last cousin party was a night of ice blocking.
We went to a fun park with a HUGE hill.
It was maybe too big of a hill for all the little kids we had.
Some of the kids slid for 3 feet and then lost their balance and the ice block flew down the hill.
It ended up being excellent exercise for the adults.

Some liked it more than others.

Henry could not get enough.

Max was a pro from the very beginning.

Darcy tried it superman style.

Gma and Gpa were VERY good sports!

It was hard work carrying up those heavy ice blocks.

Henry thought they tasted good.

We are going to miss our NJ Cousins.

We HEART our cousins!!!

PC

My parents stayed up at the Mountain Side at Park City the week over the 4th of July.
We were lucky enough to be able to go and spend a few days.
It was so fun to be with all of the cousins and play, play, play.

We did A LOT  of swimming.

We watched the parade down main street.
It was NOT amazing.

We watched some fun movies and ate a lot of Popsicles.

They had awesome campfire pits and we made s'mores every night.

We did a little dancing.

We took the local bus and went and did some shopping and sightseeing.

Grandma bought us all a fun treat.

We are so lucky to have cousins that live close and can get together so much.
These guys could not get enough of each other.

Thank you mom and dad for providing so many opportunities to have fun and grow closer to one another.
