Liv and Leo the Lion

Olivia had the opportunity to be "Little Leo" at the REAL soccer playoff game.
She was super nervous before but calmed down right before she meet Leo.
Doesn't she look adorable?

Waiting to run out to get the game started.

More waiting...
It is pretty cool waiting with this view.

And they are off....
They ran to the middle of the field, waited there during the national anthem and waved their flags for all to see.  They even announced Olivia's name over the loud speaker.

  Running back...

Running into Ryan's arms higher than a kite.

Ryan and the girls.
REAL played LA Galaxy and WON in overtime.
I am so proud of Liv!

Fenton Halloween Party

Another fun Halloween party!
This year Ryan and I dressed up as pirates.  Liv was actually a prom queen for school but wanted to be a pirate for the family party.  Dru was a nerd, Rylie an Indian and Owen was Mr. Potato Head.
(Owen is obsessed with Mr. Potato Head and NOT getting his picture taken.)

Ryan and Sasha's family

Daniel and Megan's family

William as Nacho Libre
( he deserved a close up)

Bubba and Brittany's family

Kim, Mom and Dad

Almost all of us together.
We are missing Steve and Kristen's family.
Next year they will be here!!!

We ate a yummy dinner!

A fun little party favor

Dancing to Halloween music

Decorating sugar cookies

Witches Tea Party

The kids were so excited for this year's witches tea party!  Grandma Martin does a wonderful job at creating new crafts, activities, games, dinner and desserts every year!

Penny and Charlotte were able to join the fun this year.
Their costumes were TO DIE FOR!  Elisabeth did such a great job!  They looked absolutely adorable!

They each got a goodie bag to take home.
Thank you Grandma Martin for another wonderful party!

St. G

We spent UEA weekend at St. George with the Martins.
We stayed in an awesome condo, celebrated Taunya's birthday, hiked Snow Canyon & Dixie Rock, stopped at Swig, went swimming, watched movies, played games, ate a lot of great food and swooned over the twins.  (sadly I lost more than half my pics...boo hoo)  I had great pictures of everything and everyone.  These Snow Canyon shots will have to do...

Thank you G&G Martin for a wonderful weekend!

Olivia's Baking Birthday Party

 Olivia turned 9!
9 words to describe Liv...
sweetheart
fashionable
creative
reader
healthy-eater
thoughtful
loyal
smart
kind

Liv's actual birthday was over a school holiday so she got to lunch with her dad.

Olivia wanted to celebrate with her friends with a baking party.

Every girl got a box to take her goodies home in.

They also got an apron to wear during the party and then to take home.

Before the madness...

Liv's sweet friends!

We started with a memory game with baking supplies.

Then we decorated some chocolate cookies.

Then some cupcakes.

We took a break from decorating and had a little baking relay race.

We also played a cookie cutter matching game.

We ended the party by letting the girls make their own "creation."  I had a bunch of baking ingredients on the table and let them go crazy.  They loved cracking eggs and comparing recipes.

A peek into a goodie box.
Cupcakes, chocolate cookies, chocolate chip cookie and cake pops.

Happy Birthday "SWEET" Olivia!
